1. Who we are

MeghQuasar is an independent air-charter brokerage operated from India by MeghQuasar Private Limited (CIN U74909MH2026PTC466950, registered in Maharashtra). For the purposes of data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the EU/UK GDPR where it applies to clients in those regions. MeghQuasar Private Limited is the data controller ("Data Fiduciary") for personal data you provide when requesting or arranging a charter. Privacy enquiries: admin@meghquasar.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact and identity details (name, email, phone, company) needed to respond to enquiries and complete KYC;
• Trip details (routes, dates, passenger counts, aircraft preferences);
• Information required for sanctions screening and operator booking;
• Technical data (e.g. IP address, device, basic analytics) when you use the website.

3. How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and arrange charter with third-party operators;
• To complete KYC and sanctions screening before booking;
• To meet legal, regulatory, and tax obligations;
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.

4. Sharing

We share necessary booking details with the certificated operator selected for your flight, and with the service providers that run our platform:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud, website hosting, authentication, and database;
• Razorpay, payment processing (card and multi-currency);
• ground-handling, FBO, and permit agents as required to complete a specific trip.

We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside your jurisdiction, we rely on the safeguards offered by that provider.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Booking, invoicing, and KYC records are retained for up to 8 years to meet Indian company-law, tax, and anti-money-laundering requirements; enquiry data that does not result in a booking is deleted or anonymised within 24 months.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact admin@meghquasar.com.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
