MeghQuasar

A second private jet quote, for assistants and chiefs of staff

You already have a broker. Send us the same trip and we send back a written quote with one total price for the whole aircraft, so the two can be compared. No names are needed to quote.

For executive assistants, chiefs of staff, family-office staff and company travel officers who book a principal's international flights.

What we need

  • The route, as cities or airports.
  • The date and a time window for each leg.
  • The number of passengers, and bags if there are many.
  • The aircraft size you were offered, if you want a like-for-like price.

What you get

  • Aircraft options from licensed operators: category, seats and time in the air.
  • One total price for the whole aircraft for each option, and what it includes.
  • The cancellation terms, in writing.
  • Usually within 24 hours, by email.

Before you book

We confirm the operator's certificate, that the aircraft sits on it, and its insurance, and we name the operator in writing before you book. Your principal or company contracts with MeghQuasar under a written booking agreement. Names and passport details are needed only at that point, for the operator and the handlers who run the flight.

Indicative price ranges for 338 cross-border routes are published on the site. Travel agents and concierges introducing a client: see For agents and concierges.

Questions assistants ask

Can I get a quote without passenger names?

Yes. A quote needs the route, the date and time window and the number of passengers. Names and passport details are needed only when the flight is booked.

How fast do you quote?

Usually within 24 hours, by email, with aircraft options and one total price for each.

Is the price a total?

Each option has one price for the whole aircraft, not per seat, covering aircraft, crew, fuel, standard catering, handling at both airports and insurance. Anything outside that, such as overnight crew costs or premium catering, is listed separately in the quote.

We already have a broker. Can you quote the same trip?

Yes. Tell us the aircraft size you were offered and we quote the same category for the same dates, so the two quotes can be compared line for line. We do not need to see the other quote.

Who operates the flight?

A licensed and insured operator, flying under its own approvals. We confirm the operator's certificate, that the aircraft sits on it, and its insurance, and name the operator in writing before you book. MeghQuasar does not own or operate aircraft.

How does booking and payment work?

Your principal or company contracts with MeghQuasar under a written booking agreement, and pays by bank transfer or by card through the payment gateway, as set out in that agreement.

Which routes do you cover?

Cross-border trips worldwide, including multi-leg itineraries and routes with thin airline links. Indicative ranges for 338 routes are published on the site before you ask.
