MeghQuasar

Private jet charter for travel agents and concierges

Your client needs a private jet or a helicopter and you have no operator to call. Introduce the client to us. We quote the aircraft, contract with your client and arrange the flight. You earn a referral fee on every flight that is flown and paid.

For travel agencies, concierge services, event and wedding planners, villa and yacht agents, executive assistants and family offices, in any country.

How an introduction works

  1. You send the trip: route, dates, number of passengers, and the name of the client who will pay. Tell us the client has agreed to be contacted by us.
  2. We register the introduction to you in writing before we quote.
  3. We send aircraft options and a written quote, usually within 24 hours.
  4. Your client books with MeghQuasar and pays MeghQuasar. We keep you informed at each step.
  5. After the flight is flown and paid in full, we pay your referral fee as set in your agreement.

What we do

  • Quote whole aircraft from licensed operators, private jets and helicopters.
  • Contract with your client and collect payment from your client.
  • Confirm the operator's certificate, the aircraft on it, and its insurance before we commit a trip.
  • Stay your client's single point of contact, 24 hours a day, until landing.

What we do not do

  • Own or operate aircraft.
  • Give net prices for resale, or fly under another firm's name.
  • Take any payment through you.
  • Contact your client before you confirm they have agreed to it.

The referral fee

You earn a referral fee on each flight that is flown and paid in full. The rate is set in a short written agreement, and we confirm it in writing for each client when we register your introduction.

To start

Send your company's registered name, country and registration number, and the name and role of the person we will work with. We send the referral agreement; you sign it, then MeghQuasar countersigns. You can send a trip before the agreement is signed. It is registered to you from the day you send it.

Introducing a buyer or an owner of a business aircraft? Aircraft sales introductions are taken on separate terms, agreed in writing before any introduction. See Aircraft Sales.

Questions agents ask

Do you work with travel agents and concierges?

Yes, in any country. Travel agencies, concierge services, event and wedding planners, villa and yacht agents, executive assistants and family offices introduce clients to us. Your client can live anywhere, and the flight can start and end wherever a licensed operator can fly it.

Can I ask for quotes for my clients?

Yes. Send the route, the dates, the number of passengers and the name of the client who will pay. We send aircraft options and a written quote, usually within 24 hours.

How do I earn from a booking?

You earn a referral fee on each flight that is flown and paid in full. The rate is set in a short written agreement and confirmed in writing for each client when we register your introduction.

Can I add my own margin to your price?

No. We do not give net prices for resale and we do not fly under another firm's name. Your client receives our quote and contracts with MeghQuasar. No money passes through you.

What do you need from me to start?

Your company's registered name, country and registration number, and a signed referral agreement. For each trip, the client's name and their agreement to be contacted by us. You can send a trip before the agreement is signed; it is registered to you from the day you send it.

Which routes and aircraft do you cover?

Whole private jets, from light jets to long-range aircraft, and helicopters, from licensed operators across Europe, the Gulf, Africa, Asia and North America, including multi-leg and cross-border trips. We do not own or operate aircraft.

Who is responsible for the flight?

A licensed and insured operator flies the trip under its own approvals. Before we commit a trip we confirm the operator's certificate, that the aircraft sits on it, and its liability insurance. MeghQuasar arranges the flight and is your client's single point of contact until landing.
