MeghQuasar is an independent air-charter brokerage. We arrange whole-aircraft private charter for businesses and private clients, we are not an air carrier and operate no aircraft of our own. That independence is the point: with no fleet to fill, our only job is to source the right aircraft for your trip from a vetted network of certificated operators, on your terms.
MeghQuasar also acts as an intermediary in the sale and purchase of business aircraft. We introduce prospective buyers to owners, on the open market and off it, and we support the parties through the transaction to closing. We take no title to any aircraft, and do not receive or hold purchase funds: deposits and purchase monies pass only through an independent escrow agent appointed by the parties, and inspection is carried out by an independent facility. We specialise in the complex and the cross-border, multi-leg itineraries and the Africa, Gulf, India and South-East-Asia corridors where generic platforms run thin, backed by a US/EU desk for clients flying into or out of those regions.
Founded in 2026 and operated from India by MeghQuasar Private Limited (CIN U74909MH2026PTC466950, Maharashtra), MeghQuasar coordinates 24×7 as a single point of contact from first request to wheels-up. We act as a disclosed agent of the client: for every flight we name the operating carrier, confirm its certification and insurance, and put the terms in writing before you commit.

MeghQuasar is built for the corridors others fumble (Africa, the Gulf, India and South-East Asia) with the ground knowledge, permits and operator relationships those trips demand, plus a US/EU desk for clients flying into and out of those regions. We are not a contracting carrier and do not assume responsibility for aircraft operations, flight safety, crew, maintenance, or regulatory compliance, those remain with the operator. In aircraft sales and acquisitions our role is that of an intermediary only. We are not a party to the letter of intent, the purchase agreement or the escrow agreement; we do not verify the particulars of an aircraft, which each party must establish through its own inspection, title search and advisers; and our remuneration is fixed in a written agreement before any introduction is made and paid at closing through the escrow agent.
